Grady Huff: Founder of and Principal Designer for StudioLEMONADE, Grady has degrees in both Interior Design and Architecture from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Grady initially worked in Aspen, Colorado for 4 years as an apprentice architect for Aspen Design Group, designing and building high end residential projects. For 13 years, Grady worked for CommArts as a Principal in charge of multiple retail, restaurant and commercial design projects. Grady is currently LEED® certified and a member of the ULI, ICSC, AIA, SEGD and Marketing Director for Cross Propz Racing in Colorado.

Rachel Lashen has been working as an architectural designer and project manager since receiving her Masters in Architecture in 2008. She initially started out as a design intern with an architecture firm specializing in healthcare and eventually used this experience to work as a
designer focusing on veterinary facilities. As a project manager for the design and construction of MetLife stadium, Rachel was responsible for projects ranging from sponsor branding to club design. She worked closely with two NFL teams along with sponsors including: Verizon, Bud
Light, MetLife, Pepsi and Hertz. She also volunteers as an ACE Mentor where she helps guide high school students through a design project.

Sanja DeCola has been working as an Interior Designer since receiving her degree in 2008 from The Art Institute of Colorado. She has experience as a designer and Project Manager on a range of projects including high end residential and commercial. As a LEED AP specializing in Interior Design and Construction, Sanja is a member of the USGBC Colorado Chapter and co-chair of the Metro Branch Advocacy Committee.

Jen Deeds Huff "Creative, well-organized, timely, professional... "
These are just some of the words clients use to describe the talents of veteran graphic designer Jen Huff. After graduating from Rhode Island School of Design, Jen worked in Chicago as part of a team designing math textbooks for Houghton-Mifflin, then moved on to work for the in-house graphic design department at Illinois Institute of Technology.
From there, Jen returned to Colorado where she gained valuable creative skills in “horizontal real estate sales” at both Communication Arts, Inc. (formerly of Boulder) and The Comminiqué Group in Centennial. She designed brochures, wall graphics and staged environments for pre-construction real estate launches in both urban and resort real estate markets, earning an award for her work on the Zephyr Mountain Lodge (Winter Park) presales brochure for Hines real estate. Prior to joining the StudioLemonade team, Jen started MadHouse Design, her own freelance graphic design business where her clients included MetLife, Gart Sports (now Sports Authority), SolVista and Ricca Newmark Design.
