Hazel's Beverage World Boulder

Hazel's was a fun project to be involved with from the beginning. The idea around Hazel’s design story is derived from the WASP or Women Airforce Service Pilots and the unique character and characters surrounding that spring point. Bruce brought us a character named Hazel and a sweet corsair image and from there we developed a storyline brief to fly the dimensional character of the project.

Image sourcing came from a collection of resources including the The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration and TWU Libraries and a little more masculine source with the WarbirdPinups. It was an awesome challage to create billboard style imagery out of the historical images.
